About The Founder

Mrs. Maria C. Robinson is the Founder and CEO of Victorious Pathways, non-profit organization.  She established this organization with the goal to empower women and girls to become all that they have been created to become in life.  Maria is a credentialed middle school teacher in Southern California, whose educational background consists of a M.A. in Teaching; M.A. in Child Development; and a B.A. in Psychology.  She has a wealth of experience providing services to adults and youth in the area of mental health public agencies, community service agencies, public schools, and churches along with group and foster homes with young children. In 2013, Maria published her first book, The Root Volume 1: Rejection. Her most important accomplishment is raising her daughter, who is currently attending a major university in Southern California.

Maria’s vision is birthed out of personal experience of living life without purpose. She realizes life is more fulfilling when you understand your God-given purpose. Therefore, her motto is “Free to Be Who You Have Been Created to Be”. Her belief is when women have opportunities to empower themselves, they are more likely to turn around and empower our girls. The cycle of poverty, poor relationship choices, and de-valuing of self needs to be broken. This can only occur when women and girls are provided with oriented workshops and retreats. At the end of the day, Maria attributes her success to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She understands that only what she does for Christ will last.
